We are now looking to recruit an experienced and talented User Experience/User Interface Designer to join our growing technical and team.
Strong in project planning, timelines and making project descriptions
Being strict with the team on the planning and good in managing people
Self-disciplined, great time management and organized

Combination of being creative and passion for design, people and technology
Proven track record and history of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Hands-on and result driven team player

You will be thinking through every new feature that we will be building in the near future
You will be making flows, think through and design
You will be the main responsible person for managing the timeline and project planning of entire tech team
You will prepare every larger feature or improvement of a bug by sketching out all the details
You will be diagnosing and resolving technical issues raised to you either by phone, email or online chat and come up with a better flow/feature/change so the product works better and the customers understand better
You will provide Sendsteps customers with a point of ownership throughout issues, ensuring that the customer is always kept up-to-date until we make sure that the specific feature works again.
Your work hours will cover multiple regions.
You will be working remotely (from local co-working space).
You may occasionally have to travel for work.
