As UI designer at Sendsteps no day will be the same as you get to work on the full range of our products. Every other Monday you start your day with the sprint planning meeting together with our UX designer and Product Owner. While not overly fond of meetings you understand the importance of a good development process. Onwards to your stories, that tick off like clockwork. You work on improving the interaction between our PowerPoint add-in, our web app en MS Teams app by designing a couple of wireframes. Nice! Users will be able to find the settings much quicker. Your week is completed by designing a new question type. Users will love it! At the end of the sprint, during sprint review, the team demos what they made to the stakeholders. They are enthusiastic, you guys did well!

• You create design principles and interaction guidelines that will be used throughout all projects
• A professional background in UI design for at least 3 years would be nice!
• Experience using Figma and the Adobe Creative suite like Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma animations, principles or another tool
• You understand everyone likes visual feedback, so you create wireframes and prototypes where possible.
• You liaise regularly with the stakeholders to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives
• You work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets, and computers
• Able to think out of the box when we need a creative solution
• You understand that in some situations it’s business first and perfection second
• You’re a great team player and communicate openly and transparently
• You're available for at least 24 hours per week
